i didn’t realize how much i valued art education until i left school, because as a working broad there aren’t many options for learning other than figure sessions and scattered continuing education classes late at night. so i lit up when my friend told me about summer workshops @ the center for cartoon studies — they’re intensive courses in cartooning/comics/animation packaged into neat little 1-week sessions, perfect for using vacay days on. perhaps there are many other similar programs, but this is the first i’ve heard of… now whether or not i can part with $1000 still remains to be seen :P
